Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder. Ensure that you provide the correct email address during checkout.

Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Taxes are applied separately.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Charges will be displayed at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After an order confirmation email is sent, cancellations are no longer possible. During peak seasons, cancellations may not be processed once an order is confirmed.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part, in which case we will provide a prepaid label.

  • All returned items are inspected before approval. Refunds are processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply in some cases.

Order Cancellation 

All orders are subject to verification for payment and shipping information. Maelle Perfume reserves the right to cancel or limit any order without explanation.

  • If an order is canceled, you will be notified via email.

  • Typically, your credit or debit card will not be charged if an order is canceled. If a charge occurs, a full refund will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered.

Product Colors

Product colors may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to lighting, photography, or display settings.

Website Inaccuracies

Product prices, availability, and services are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or cancel orders placed based on incorrect information.

  • In such cases, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Standard return policies will apply if you are not fully satisfied.

Usage Termination

Maelle Perfume reserves the right to terminate access to the website at any time. Users are still responsible for completing payments for orders placed prior to termination. The website may also be modified, removed, or suspended without notice at our discretion.

Sales Tax

We collect and remit sales tax according to local laws and regulations.

Customers with tax-exempt status must provide a valid tax-exempt certificate before placing an order.
