For same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 3 p.m. CST.
Orders placed after 3 p.m. CST will ship on the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once processed, your order will usually arrive within 2–5 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed before 11 a.m. CST typically arrives within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed before 11 a.m. CST will arrive the next business day (Monday–Friday), either in the morning or afternoon depending on your location.
Note:
All expedited (Express and ASAP) orders must be placed by 11 a.m. CST to ship the same day.
Orders placed after this time ship the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

We work hard to keep all fragrances available, but occasionally an item may temporarily go out of stock.
If this happens, we’ll notify you right away. You can choose to wait for the item or continue the order without it.
Your card will not be charged until the item ships.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If your package hasn’t arrived within 3–4 business days after shipping, or if your tracking link isn’t working, please contact us and our team will gladly assist you.
