Return Exchange Policy

At Maelle, we want every customer to experience their fragrance exactly how it was meant to be. If you receive a faulty or incorrect perfume, you can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) according to our Returns and Exchange Policy. Make sure to include your order number and purchase date when submitting your request. Once we confirm the product is eligible, our support team will reach out to guide you through the next steps.

If the issue is caused by an error on our side, we will issue an RMA number and assist you with the return. In such cases, we will send a replacement fragrance at no extra cost. Please note that replacements are only offered when the fault is from the company’s end.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item for a refund or exchange, provided it follows our return policy and the perfume bottle is at least 95% full.

Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

1. Return Approval (RA) Required

Fragrances cannot be returned without a Return Approval (RA). Please contact our support team to request approval before sending anything back.

2. Original Packaging and Condition

All items must be returned in their original box, sealed components, and untouched condition, exactly as received.

3. Repackaging Requirements

Once an RMA is issued, the perfume must be repacked in its original packaging. If the box is damaged, marked, or altered, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

4. RMA Number Display

The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package. Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.

5. Customer Details Required

Your complete details like name, address, and order number — must be written clearly on the outside of the box. Packages missing this information will be discarded.

6. Inspection of Returned Items

Once we receive the faulty or incorrect perfume, Maelle reserves the right to inspect it. If the item is confirmed faulty, a replacement will be shipped within 7 business days.

7. Reporting Discrepancies

If there is any difference between what you ordered and what you received, please report it within 2 days of delivery.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If Maelle sends an incorrect or irrelevant item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer wishes to return a product due to personal preference (e.g., they don’t like the scent), the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
This applies to orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
(Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.)

10. Refund Processing Time

After we receive your return, evaluation may take 5–8 business days.
Once approved, refunds require an additional 3–5 business days to process.

11. Tracking Number for Returns

If you send back a product, please share the tracking number to help us process your refund quickly and smoothly.

12. Limited-Return Items

Items marked as Limited Release or Special Edition can only be returned if they are defective. These items cannot be exchanged or returned for personal preference.

13. Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
