Sales Tax

At Maelle, we collect sales tax on orders delivered to Texas (TX) at the applicable state rate.

For orders delivered to other states where Maelle is not required to collect sales tax, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable use tax. For more information, please check your state government’s website regarding use tax obligations.
Purchases made online, via catalog, or by phone that are delivered to your state may still require use tax payment. Orders are not exempt from sales or use tax simply because they were made online.

Tax Exemption Policy

Maelle offers tax exemption for eligible customers. To qualify, you must provide a valid tax reseller certificate before placing your order.

Please note:

• Tax exemptions cannot be applied after an order is placed.
  

• We cannot issue tax refunds for processed orders.
