At Maelle Perfumes, we use Authorize.Net, a trusted and secure payment gateway, to process all credit and debit card transactions. Authorize.Net follows industry-standard security protocols to protect your payment information.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • PayPal

All credit and debit card payments are securely processed through Authorize.Net.
PayPal payments are processed directly through PayPal’s secure platform.

 

Billing & Shipping Address Policy

To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, Maelle Perfumes follows strict address verification procedures.

 

Address Match Requirement

  • For all orders, the billing address and shipping address must match.

  • We can only ship orders to the address associated with the payment method used at checkout.

 

Address Verification

  • We use an Address Verification System (AVS) to confirm billing details with your card issuer.

  • If the billing address does not match the address on file with your bank, the transaction may be declined.

If you receive an error message stating:
“The address provided does not match the billing address of the cardholder,”
please consider one of the following options:

  • Use PayPal as your payment method, or

  • Contact your bank or card issuer to ensure your billing address is available for verification.

 

Order Verification Holds

  • If the billing and shipping addresses do not match, your order may be temporarily placed on hold for manual verification.

  • You will receive an email requesting confirmation or additional information.

  • Prompt response is required to avoid order cancellation.

 

Additional Verification

In certain cases, even if you are located within our shipping regions, Maelle Perfumes may request additional verification if there are concerns regarding order validity. This step is taken to ensure both customer and merchant security.
